Separamos neste post os itens obrigatórios para a realização da prova, tanto para a retirada do kit e credenciamento quanto para a execução do percurso. Sem estes itens o atleta não larga ou não poderá continuar no percurso. Fique atento e antecipe-se ! Congresso técnico
É obrigatória a apresentação do atestado médico no modelo disponível no site do Fodaxman. Deve ter data de até 90 dias e ser assinado por médico registrado. O termo de responsabilidade também é obrigatório para a retirada do kit e credenciamento para a prova.
A bicicleta será checada em relação à integridade e segurança, bem como o capacete e luz traseira, que deverá ser usada durante todo o ciclismo.
Durante a prova
A lanterna de cabeça para a corrida deve ser apresentada no posto de controle do KM 26, tanto para os atletas que farão a subida do Morro da Igreja quanto para os que farão o percurso alternativo.
Além do item obrigatório recomenda-se fortemente ter a disposição vestimentas adequadas a qualquer condição climática, uma vez que o clima na serra varia muito e bruscamente.

Technical congress
It is mandatory to present the medical certificate in the template available on the Fodaxman website. Must be up to 90 days old and signed by a registered doctor. The responsability term is also mandatory for race kit and accreditation.
The bike will be checked for integrity and safety, as well as the helmet and back light, which should be used throughout the cycling couse.
During the race
The headlamp for the run must be presented at KM 26 checkpoint, both for atlhetes who will the climb Morro da Igreja and those who will go for the alternative course.
In addition to the mandatory item, it is strongly recommended to have the appropriate clothing available to any weather condition, since the climate in the mountains varies greatly.
